Biographical sketch: He completed his Post Graduation from University of Calcutta in
1996 and is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost and
Management Accountants of India. He has been associated with St. Xavier’s College,
Kolkata since 1997. Presently, he is the Dean, Department of Business Administration at
St. Xavier’s College, a position that he holds from December, 2005. He is currently
pursuing PhD. from the Department of Business Management, University of Calcutta.
Research Interests: Corporate Governance, Family Business, Indian Financial System and
Financial Markets.
