He has been associated with St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata since 1997. Presently, he is the Dean, Department of Business Administration at St. Xavier’s College, a position that he holds from December, 2005. He is currently pursuing PhD. from the Department of Business Management, University of Calcutta.
