NOTICE TO CREDITORS

And in the matter of Sanjel Corporation, Sanjel Canada Ltd., Terracor Group Ltd., Suretech Group
Ltd., Suretech Completions Canada Ltd., Sanjel Energy Services (USA) Inc., Sanjel (USA) Inc.,
Suretech Completions (USA) Inc., Sanjel Capital (USA) Inc., Terracor (USA) Inc., Terracor
Resources (USA) Inc., Terracor Logistics (USA) Inc., Sanjel Middle East Ltd., Sanjel Latin America
Limited and Sanjel Energy Services DMCC (collectively, the “Company” or “Sanjel”)
TAKE NOTICE that on the 4th day of April, 2016, Sanjel made an application for protection from its creditors
under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”) and an Order was granted by the Honourable
Justice Romaine of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Initial Order”). Pursuant to the Initial Order,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was appointed as monitor of the Company (the “Monitor”). In accordance with
section 23(1)(a) of the CCAA and the Initial Order, a copy of the Initial Order is available on the Monitor’s website
at www.pwc.com/ca/sanjel .
The Initial Order granted the Company various relief, including but not limited to, imposing a stay of proceedings
against Sanjel and its assets, and providing Sanjel an opportunity to prepare and file a plan of arrangement or
compromise under the CCAA for the consideration of its creditors and other stakeholders. Under the Initial
Order, Sanjel is to continue to carry on business in a manner consistent with the preservation of its respective
businesses and assets.
Please be advised that the Initial Order prohibits the termination of the supply of any goods or services currently
provided to the Company. Please contact either the Monitor or Sanjel to discuss any concerns regarding the
future supply of goods or services. The Initial Order does not prohibit any person from requiring immediate
payment for goods or services. Additional information will be provided to you regarding filing of claims for any
amounts that may be owing to you for goods or services delivered prior to April 4, 2016.
Copies of future Court orders and other materials relating to these proceedings will be posted to the Monitor’s
website during these proceedings. We recommend that creditors who have questions check this website regularly.
