Twisted Pair Technical Services Inc. (“Twisted Pair” or the “Company”)
The receiver gives notice and declares that:

On the 1st day of April 2016, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwC”) became the receiver in respect
of the property of Twisted Pair, an insolvent person, that is described below:

2. PwC became a receiver pursuant to an order granted by the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta
upon application made by HML Contracting Ltd. (“HML”) pursuant to the provisions of certain
security granted by the Company to HML.
3. The undersigned took possession or control of the property described above on the 1st day of April,
2016.
4. The following information relates to the receivership:

Twisted Pair is a privately held company working primarily in the telecommunication
infrastructure sector.
The Company commenced operations in 2008 with its head office located in Edmonton,
Alberta.

The receiver is reviewing the options available to fully maximize returns to the
creditors on the assets noted above. In addition, the Receiver is currently in the
process of assessing whether to complete any work-in-progress.
