Study Title: Enhancement of Co-regulation between
Mother and Infant via Family Nurture Intervention (FNI) in
the NICU: Short and Long Term Effects on Development
Summary: This is Dr. Welch’s first clinical research
project. She and her staff will give a one hour overview of
the study with particular focus on the IRB process:
Lessons learned, do’s and don’ts, tips for the wise and
best practices.
