Captures NHS number and surgery code. Electronic falls notifications and electronic GP summaries from Senior Paramedics. Dashboard Matching process – postcode match alert – designed for busy environments Matching Address – comparing the live CAD with IBIS within seconds of the 999 call being picked up Patient level matching – comparing name, age and gender with live CAD Patient matched – release clinical data. SMS notification to case manager.
