Lake Garda is the largest of Italian lakes. Beautiful resort both for nature and art. Sirmione is
called the Pearl of Garda, with thermal waters known since Roman times. Roman poet Catullus
had his villa here.

Friday, October 24th
All day visit to the International Dairy Cattle Show in Cremona, with the 4th National Jersey
Show , Judge Peter Larson from Denmark
* Alternative program for accompanying guests: guided tour to the city of Cremona, the
Museum of Violin, with Stradivari or Guarneri violins private performance. A city made of different
layers of medieval, gotic, renassaince, baroque, neoclassic and modern rationalist architecture. A
small concert expressly performed for European Jersey Forum delegates within the newly opened
Museum of Violin

Saturday, October 25th
Visit to Jersey herds in the provinces of -Lodi/Cremona/Brescia..
Brambilla family herd and game/fish park - cheese factory
Lunch with local food produce.
De Vizzi Jersey with Holstein. A winning breeding couple in Po Valley and all over Italy
Dinner on the lake Garda.

Herd visit: Ferrarini’s farms and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory, in Reggio Emilia.
The largest Jersey herd in Italy with some of the best cows. The full cheese process that makes the
real genuine Parmesan, king of all cheese.
