» Mr Luca Bassi is a partner at Studio Legale Mucciarelli and has been working on
judicial and extra-judicial white collar crime cases for over a decade. Mr Bassi
regularly represents companies and individuals before the Italian Courts on a
variety of matters including, bankruptcy, fraud, financial and tax crimes,
environmental crimes and work injuries.
» Mr Bassi also has extensive experience in advising companies in the adoption and
implementation of compliance programs, as well as general criminal law advisory
from the perspective of a commercial organization.
» Mr Bassi also teaches ‘General criminal law principles’ in different courses that are
