elevation of 800 to 900 feet a.s.l.
Average age of vines: 20 years old.
Plant density: 1300 plants per acre.
Training System: Guyot.
Soil: Marl and sandstone of mid-oceanic origin.
Harvest: From the 10th to the 20th of September, 2013.
Yield: About 3.2 tons per acre
Vinification: Soft pressing, cold maceration in stainless steel tanks, five
months on the lees. 10% of the wine is vinified in oak
Color: Bright straw yellow
Bouquet: Floral nose
Taste: Citrus fruits, full-bodied, long finish and well-balanced acidity
