Riccardo advises in complex domestic and international litigation and arbitration. He is admitted to practice before the Italian
supreme court and regularly represents Italian and foreign corporations and insurance companies on a wide variety of civil litigation
matters including product liability, contract, torts, banking, corporate, environmental and insolvency claims.

Representing US automotive manufacturer in one of the largest EU product liability claims
Representing Italian turbine manufacturer in ICC arbitration commenced by the French operator of a GEO thermical plant
