Comitati e Delegazioni Regionali Componenti il Consiglio federale Oggetto: European Grand Prix Boè (FRA), 23/27 maggio 2011 Iscrizioni aperte a tutti gli arcieri L’EMAU, Unione Europea e del Mediterraneo, ha stabilito di aprire, in via sperimentale, la partecipazione individuale al Circuito Europeo dei Grand Prix 2011 anche ai tesserati delle Federazioni Europee in rappresentanza della propria Società. Le Squadre Nazionali avranno la priorità di iscrizione. Saranno poi accettate, in ordine di arrivo e fino ad esaurimento posti, le iscrizioni degli arcieri “non-nazionali” che potranno prendere parte solo alla competizione individuale. Di seguito pertanto trasmettiamo quanto pervenuto dall’EMAU, sottolineando che l’iscrizione alla fase di Boè dovrà avvenire esclusivamente tramite la Fitarco su segnalazione scritta della Società di appartenenza degli Atleti interessati entro i termini stabiliti negli allegati. The Club archers interested to participate in the competition will contact their own Federation asking to register their names to FORS (FITA Online Registration System). For the competition in Boè, the Club Archers could start sending their registration form to the Organizers and to their national Federations after 23rd March, and the Federations must register the data of their Club archers in FORS not later than 3rd May 2011. For all the other arrangements, the Club archers will contact the OC directly. Please, inform your Club archers about this new opportunity. The best score indicated by the Club Archer in his/her registration form need to be controlled and accepted by the National Federation before registering the archer in FORS. 2. The Club Archer is responsible to send the completed form to the LOC and his/her Federation. Sending the form does not guarantee his/her participation. The process of registration and inclusion must respect the Club Archers’ regulations and procedures in order to be able to participate to this event. 3. As soon as the Club Archer will be registered in FORS (by his/her Federation) and the LOC has accepted his/her registration, the Club Archer will be informed by the LOC that he/she can officially take part in the event. 4. Club Archers participating in EMAU/FITA events must be members of a FITA Member Association (therefore official members of the Archery Federation of his/her country). 5. The LOC will work on a “first come, first serve” basis, to take into consideration the forms they will be receiving. However, in order to participate, the Club Archer must also fulfill all the requirements requested in terms of booking, payments and other information requested by the LOC. 6. Club archers cannot have coaches or guest accredited to access the FoP (blue area). If guest or coaches will accompany a Club Archer he will be treated as a spectator. 7. DRESS REGULATIONS: Club Archers must respect FITA rules (Book 1, point 3.22) in terms of uniform for the FITA events. Club Archers cannot use any National Team uniform (neither of his country nor any other). 8. Club Archer must be present in the Official Practice day when he will pick up his/her accreditation, confirm name and data given and pass the equipment inspection. The Club Archer is not allowed to miss the official practice and arrive directly to the qualification day. Travel plan should be arranged according to the schedule. 9.
