Per le piccole e medie imprese
La Commissione europea invita a presentare proposte relative allo “Strumento per le PMI” (H2020SMEInst-2014-2015), nell'ambito del Pilastro Industrial Leadership di Horizon 2020.
Le sub calls sono le seguenti:
- H2020-SMEINST-1-2014;
- H2020-SMEINST-1-2015;
- H2020-SMEINST-2-2015;
- H2020-SMEINST-2-2014.
BENEFICIARI
Nell’ambito dello Strumento per le PMI possono presentare proposte solo le Piccole e Medie Imprese.
Esse possono comunque cooperare con altre imprese e con organismi di ricerca o università.
INIZIATIVE AMMISSIBILI E AGEVOLAZIONI
Lo “strumento per le PMI” è una misura specifica creata per incoraggiare la partecipazione delle piccole
imprese al Programma Horizon 2020, rendendo, a tal fine, più semplici i meccanismi di finanziamento.
Il sostegno si articola in tre fasi:
Fase 1 – Studio di fattibilità
È previsto un finanziamento (una somma forfettaria di 50.000 euro) per predisporre l'analisi di fattibilità
tecnico-scientifica, l’analisi del potenziale commerciale del progetto innovativo e la definizione del
business innovation plan.
Fase 2 – Innovazione
I progetti che supereranno la selezione riceveranno un ulteriore finanziamento (tra il 70% e il 100% dei
costi ammissibili) per sviluppare quanto programmato nella fase 1 e per arrivare fino al lancio
dell’innovazione sul mercato.
Fase 3 – Commercializzazione
La fase di commercializzazione viene finanziata con capitali privati e indirettamente tramite l’accesso
agevolato a strumenti finanziari e misure di gestione e sfruttamento dei diritti di proprietà intellettuale.
Le imprese partecipanti potranno ricevere assistenza nello sviluppo del networking, nella definizione dei
diritti di proprietà intellettuale, nelle attività di disseminazione e nell’accesso agli appalti pubblici.
È previsto un servizio di coaching e mentoring per le PMI che partecipano al programma realizzato
attraverso l’Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). In tal modo sarà possibile avere accesso a un pool
europeo di tutor e ricevere consulenza in materia di planning strategico, leadership e management,
sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e sviluppo di mercato, miglioramento dei processi organizzativi, e conoscenze
specializzate per settori.

innovative solutions for blue growth.
- SIE-01-2014-1: Stimulating the innovation potential of SMEs for a low carbon energy system.
- IT-1-2014-1: Small business innovation research for Transport.
- SC5-20-2014-1: Boosting the potential of small businesses for eco-innovation and a sustainable supply
of raw materials.

- BIOTEC-5a-2014-1: SME boosting biotechnology-based industrial processes driving competitiveness and

Il budget destinato all’invito H2020-SMEINST-1-2014 è di € 25,102,000.
Il budget destinato all’invito H2020-SMEINST-1-2015 è di € 26,557,000.
Il budget destinato all’invito H2020-SMEINST-2-2015 è di € 233,701,600.
Il budget destinato all’invito H2020-SMEINST-2-2014 è di € 220,897,600.

Le proposte progettuali potranno essere presentate, secondo le modalità previste dai singoli Inviti,
entro:
- H2020-SMEINST-1-2014: 17 dicembre 2014, 17:00:00 (Brussels local time), con scadenze intemedie al
18
giugno 2014 e al 24 settembre 2014.
- H2020-SMEINST-1-2015: 16 dicembre 2015, 17:00:00 (Brussels local time), con scadenze intemedie al
