developed by members
Tool Integration
Integration of bioinformatics tools such as BLAST, MultiBLAST,
EMBOSS, and specific tools provided from the community
Technology assessment and adoption
Assessing the middleware solutions available and the IT
trends such as Grid Computing
Test-problems
In close collaboration with experimental laboratories to test
and prove the Network
