Company profile
Fòrema S.c.ar.l. is the consortium for training and business
development of Confindustria Padova, the industrial association
based in Padua (1.700 companies).
Born in 1983, Fòrema can develop and enhance competencies for
companies, workers, young people and more.
It is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 since 1999 and it is accredited as a
Training Agency by the Veneto Region Government. It’s authorized for
outplacement activities and recruitment and selection of staff.
Fòrema is the leader agency in Veneto in training hours provided and
target group reached.
Mission
Fòrema wants to support firms in Veneto Region in their paths of
growth and innovation, developing competencies of people, in order
to grant a more sustainable future for all.

Il Cubo Rosso ® - Fòrema has opened the first experiential training centre
in the Northeast of Italy, to innovate the training offer and respond to the
new demands from business and individuals; 600 square meters of
laboratories and multimedia classrooms where learn by doing technical
and behavioral skills

Leandustria ® – role play and simulations on machineries to learn how to
apply lean production principles (in cooperation with Considi)
