Using google drive – Step 1 One member must open a gmail account. Select ‘Drive’, then ‘NEW’ and ‘google docs’ Google drive – Step 2 This person is the ‘owner’ of the document and can ‘share’ it with others. Click on the ‘share’ box (top right hand corner) when the document is open. Google drive – Step 3 Insert the other group members’ emails in the box. They will receive a notification and must ‘accept’ the invitation. Google drive – Step 4 Now all group members can make modifications and work on the same document.
