How can you model digestion?
Your saliva contains enzymes to help with digestion. You can use radishes to model the
effect saliva has on food. Radishes and saliva contain the same enzyme.
Procedure
1. Read and complete a lab safety form.
4. Let the rice sit for 5 minutes.
