The Super i or Court in Sacramento issued its not ice of intended decision on December 18, 1981 that Property Tax Ru le 468, Oi l and Gas Producing Properties, was consistent with the provisions of Article XIII A.
Counsel for the State Board of Equalization and the County of
Los Angeles were directed by Judge William A. White to prepare proposed
Findings of Fact and Conclus i ons of Law and Judgment to be filed with
the Court. Copies of the Findings of Fact and Conc l us i ons wil l be dis tributed to all assessors when they are issued by the court .
