Why participate in a Walk To Save a Life? For any further questions: Many people commit suicide because they feel it’s the only way of escape, but they don’t realize that when they’re gone, so many people will be affected by their absence. This event is to bring people together to remind them of loved ones we’ve lost are still with us and in our hearts, and not to lose hope and to keep fighting and hold on. This event has been created by Jeanne MacDonald for her Girl Scout Gold Award to promote the prevention of suicide, depression, and anxiety to the community with the help from the VMHS Link Crew.
