Terms/Conditions:
For a party reservation to be guaranteed, the Credit Card Holder/authorized user
must provide BIRRAVINO with the above reservation and credit card information.
BIRRAVINO advises the Card Holder/User that by this agreement, Card Holder
agrees to be charged 50% of the total party price to guarantee party and to reserve
party date. From the date the party is booked until 72 hours prior to the party time
and date, a full refund will be given. Within 72 hours of the party time and date, no
refund will be given. The balance of the party price will be due at the completion of
the party. BIRRAVINO agrees to hold any party reservation for 45 minutes, to allow
the declared number of guests to arrive. After that time, the guests of the party will
be seated (and counted) and Card Holder agrees to be charged for the minimum
number of guests declared at this time (ie. Cardholder guaranteed 24 guests, 18 of
which show up to party, cardholder will be charged for 24 guests). By the below
signature, CARD HOLDER/AUTHORIZED USER agrees that BIRRAVINO honors such
party reservations in this fashion and also agrees to be bound to the
terms/conditions and credit card information listed above
