HAVE TO
(+) I have to go
you have to go
es: We have to get a bus to school (necessario)
he/she/it has to go
My brother has to travel a lot in his job (è richiesto dal suo capo)
we have to go
You have to go to school every day (è imposto dalla legge)
you have to go
they have to go
 La forma negative di MUST era MUSTN’T e significava: divieto/proibizione;
Alla forma negativa Don’t have to SIGNIFICA: non è necessario fare qualcosa.
La forma negativa di Have to è:
(-) I don’t have to go
es: We don’t have to hurry: we’re early
you don’t have to go
(non è necessario affrettarsi, siamo in tempo)
he/she/it/ doesn’t have to go
we don’t have to go
you don’t have to go
they don’t have to go
es :I don’t have to get up early on Sunday.
I can stay in bed if I want.
(Non è necessario alzarsi presto la domenica.
Posso restare a letto se voglio)
 La forma interrogativa. Contrariamente a MUST, abbiamo una forma
interrogativa:
(?) Do I have to go?
Do you have to go?
Does he/she/it/ have to go?
Do we have to go?
Do you have to go?
