I FIGLI DELLE TENEBRE sono coloro
che credono in ogni forma di violenza,
commettono ogni sorta di crimine,
calpestano ogni legge e valore morale,
sono schiavi del proprio egoismo e godono
della sofferenza altrui. Il loro dio è il
principe delle tenebre.
THE CHILDREN OF DARKNESS they
are people who believe in all forms of
violence; they commit all sorts of
crimes; they stump on any laws and
moral values; they are slaves of their
own selfishness and find enjoyment in
other people’s suffering. Their god is the
prince of darkness.
Il serpente era la più astuta di tutte le bestie
selvatiche che il Signore Dio aveva fatto e disse
alla donna:”E’ vero che Dio ha detto:”Non
dovete mangiare di nessun albero del
giardino”?”… Ma il serpente disse alla
donna:”Voi non morirete affatto! Anzi! Dio sa
che nel giorno in cui voi ne mangerete, si
apriranno i vostri occhi e diventerete come Dio,
conoscitori del bene e del male”. (Gen 3, 1.4-5)
Now the serpent was the most crafty of all the
wild creatures that Yahweh God had made. He
said to the woman, "Did God really say: You
must not eat from any tree in the garden?" The
serpent said to the woman, "You will not die, but
God knows that the day you eat it, your eyes will
be opened and you will be like gods, knowing
good and evil." Gen 3, 1.4-5)
La sua azione più diabolica è far
non esistere
credere di
pur essendo
creatura spirituale. Il maligno cerca, in tutti i modi,
di strappare gli uomini dalla Grazia di Dio; per
questo, Dio si è incarnato in Cristo per liberarci dal
maligno.
Its most diabolical deed is
not existing
creating the illusion of
even if it is a spiritual creature. The evil one tries,
in all ways possible, to snatch men from God’s
Grace and it is because of this that God became
man through the Christ so that we could be freed
from the evil one.
Ma la morte è entrata nel mondo per invidia
del diavolo; e ne fanno esperienza coloro che
gli appartengono (Sap 2,24)
but the envy of the devil brought death to the
world, and those who take his side shall
experience death. (Wis 2,24)
In principio c’era il Paradiso, luogo di pace,
beatitudine, armonia...il Male non esisteva. Il
mondo invece è intriso di Male che rende la vita
piena di difficoltà. Ci sono persone che vivono
esclusivamente per fare e diffondere il male
sempre e ovunque.
In the dawn of time there was Paradise,
where peace, bliss, harmony reigned
supreme…. Evil did not exist. Our world,
instead, is imbued with Evil making life very
difficult. There are people who live solely to
perpetuate evil and spread it anywhere
they can.
«Colui che semina il buon seme è il Figlio
dell'uomo; il campo è il mondo; il buon seme sono
i figli del regno; la zizzania invece i figli del male;
il nemico che la seminò è il diavolo; la mietitura è
la fine del mondo; i mietitori infine sono gli
angeli. Come dunque si raccoglie la zizzania e la
si brucia nel fuoco, così avverrà alla fine del
mondo: il Figlio dell'uomo manderà i suoi angeli
a radunare dal suo regno tutti gli scandali e tutti
gli operatori d'iniquità, perché li gettino nella
fornace ardente. Là sarà pianto e stridore di
denti. (Mt 13, 37-42)
Jesus answered them, "The one who sows the
good seed is the Son of Man.The field is the
world; the good seed are the people of the Kingdom;
the weeds are those who follow the evil one. The
enemy who sows them is the devil; the harvest is the
end of time and the workers are the angels. Just as
the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so
will it be at the end of time. The Son of Man will
send his angels, and they will weed out of his
kingdom all that is scandalous and all who do evil.
And these will be thrown in the blazing furnace,
where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
(Mt 13, 37-42)
Quel serpente è il diavolo, seduttore, tentatore e
ingannatore, che distrusse l’armonia del Creato,
corruppe l’Uomo e lo soggiogò al peccato (rifiuto
dell’amore di Dio). L’uomo divenne vittima del
proprio egoismo, dell’orgoglio e della presunzione
di voler essere come Dio e di farne a meno.
That serpent is the devil, a seducer, a tempter
and a deceiver, that destroyed Creation’s
harmony, corrupted Man and subdued him to
sinning (refusal of God’s love). Man became a
victim of his own selfishness, pride and of his
conceitedness in wishing to be equal to God or in
doing without with Him.
I semi caduti sulla strada indicano coloro che
l'hanno ascoltata, ma poi viene il diavolo e
porta via la parola dai loro cuori, perché non
credano e si salvino. (Mc 8, 12)
Those along the wayside are people who hear
it, but immediately the devil comes and takes
the word from their minds, for he doesn't want
them to believe and be saved. (Mk 8, 12)
I grandi mali dell’uomo nascono dal rifiuto
dell’amore di Dio. La vera gioia invece sta
nell’amare Dio e nell’accogliere il suo amore. Il
diavolo è malvagio per volontà.
Venuta la sera, quando il sole fu tramontato,
gli conducevano ogni sorta di malati e di
indemoniati. Tutta la città si era raccolta
davanti alla porta! Egli guarì molti malati di
varie malattie e scacciò molti demòni, ma non
permetteva che i demòni parlassero, perché lo
conoscevano bene. (Mc 1, 32-34)
That evening at sundown, people brought to
Jesus all the sick and those who had evil spirits:
the whole town was pressing around the door.
Jesus healed many who had various diseases, and
drove out many demons; but he did not let them
speak, for they knew who he was. (Mk 1, 32-34)
The great evil deeds rise from man’s refusal of
God’s love. True joy, instead, rests in loving
God and in welcoming His love. The devil is
wicked due to its own willingness.
Gesù, pieno di Spirito Santo, ritornò dal Giordano e, sotto l'azione dello Spirito Santo, andò nel deserto, dove
rimase per quaranta giorni tentato dal diavolo. Per tutti quei giorni non mangiò nulla: alla fine ebbe fame. Allora
il diavolo gli disse: «Se tu sei Figlio di Dio, comanda a questa pietra di diventare pane». Gesù gli rispose: «E'
scritto: Non di solo pane vive l'uomo». Il diavolo allora condusse Gesù più in alto, gli fece vedere in un solo
istante tutti i regni della terra, e gli disse: «Ti darò tutta questa potenza e le ricchezze di questi regni, perché a
me sono stati dati e io li do a chi voglio. Se tu ti inginocchierai davanti a me, tutto sarà tuo». Gesù gli rispose: «E'
scritto: Adorerai il Signore, Dio tuo, a lui solo rivolgerai la tua preghiera».

Da quel momento la vita dell’Uomo subì ogni sorta di
male per causa delle tentazioni e dalla lontananza da
Dio. Ancora oggi l’Uomo deve scegliere se fare la
volontà di Dio o quella di colui che gli si oppone. La
scelta dipende dall’amicizia o dal rifiuto (o negazione)
di Dio, in altre parole dall’accogliere nel proprio cuore
Dio o il maligno. Il cuore dell’uomo o ascolta la voce di
Dio o quella della tentazione. E’ dal cuore dell’uomo,
infatti, che nascono il bene o il male, l’amore o l’odio,
la pace o la guerra, il credere o il non credere.
From that moment onward, Man’s life became subject to all
sorts of evil for temptations abounded and he was far from
God’s presence. Today, man is still faced with having to
choose between doing God’s will or carrying out the will of the
one who is against God. The friendship or refusal (or denial)
of God determines how this choice is made, or in other
words, whether man will open his heart to God or to evil. Man
can choose in listening to the voice and whether this will be
God’s or temptation’s. It is from his heart that birth is given to
good and evil, to love and hate, peace and war, believing and
abjuring.
Vestite l'intera armatura di Dio per contrastare le
ingegnose macchinazioni del diavolo; infatti non
lottiamo contro una natura umana mortale, ma
contro i prìncipi, contro le potenze, contro
dominatori di questo mondo oscuro, contro gli
spiriti maligni delle regioni celesti. (Ef 6, 11-12)
Put on the whole armor of God to be able to
resist the cunning of the devil. Our battle is not
against human forces but against the rulers and
authorities and their dark powers that govern this
world. We are struggling against the spirits and
supernatural forces of evil. (Eph 6, 11-12)

ed è alla portata di tutti!
La falsa gioia viene dal GRANDE INGANNATORE
che offre pura ILLUSIONE attraverso il successo, i
piaceri, la ricchezza, il sesso, la droga ecc.
TRUE JOY COMES FROM
GOD ONLY
and is within everyone’s reach!
False joy comes from the GREAT DECEIVER who
offers pure
ILLUSION through success, pleasures, riches, sex,
drugs and so on…
in ogni occasione imbracciando lo scudo della
fede, col quale potrete spegnere tutti i dardi
infuocati del maligno; prendete l'elmo della
salvezza e la spada dello Spirito, cioè la parola di
Dio. Mossi dallo Spirito pregate
incessantemente con ogni sorta di preghiera e di
supplica; vegliate e siate assidui nell'orazione per
tutti i santi (Ef 6, 16-18)
Always hold in your hand the shield of faith to
repel the flaming arrows of the devil. Finally,
use the helmet of salvation and the sword of the
Spirit, that is, the Word of God. Pray at all
times as the Spirit inspires you. Keep watch,
together with sustained prayer and supplication for
all the holy ones. (Eph 6, 16-18)
Lo Spirito però dice espressamente che negli
ultimi tempi certuni apostateranno dalla fede,
dando credito a spiriti fraudolenti e ad
insegnamenti di demòni, sedotti dall'ipocrisia di
gente che sparge menzogna, che ha la propria
coscienza come bollata da un ferro rovente
(1Tm 4, 1-2)
The Spirit tells us clearly that in the last days
some will defect from the faith and follow
deceitful spirits and devilish doctrines, led by
lying hypocrites whose conscience has been
branded with the stamp of infamy.
(1Tim 4, 1-2)
Sottomettetevi dunque a Dio; opponetevi al
diavolo ed egli fuggirà da voi. Avvicinatevi a
Dio ed egli si avvicinerà a voi. Voi, peccatori,
purificatevi le mani; voi, anime indecise,
mondate il vostro cuore. Lamentate la vostra
miseria, affliggetevi, piangete: il vostro riso si
trasformi in pianto, la vostra esultanza diventi
tristezza. Umiliatevi davanti al Signore ed egli
vi innalzerà. (Gc 4, 7-10)
Give in, then, to God; resist the devil and he will
flee from you. Draw close to God and he will come
close to you. Clean your hands, you sinners, and
purify your hearts, you doubters. Recognize your
distress, be miserable and weep. Turn your
laughter into tears and your joy into sadness.
Humble yourselves before the Lord and he will
raise you up. (Jas 4, 7-10)
Chi commette il peccato è dal diavolo, poiché il
diavolo fin dal principio perpetra il peccato. Per
questo il Figlio di Dio si è manifestato, per
distruggere le opere del diavolo. In questo si
rendono manifesti i figli di Dio e i figli del
diavolo: chiunque non compie la giustizia non è
da Dio, come pure chi non ama il proprio fratello
(1Gv 3, 8.10)
But those who sin belong to the devil, for the
devil sins from the beginning. This is why the
Son of God was shown to us, he was to undo
the works of the devil. What is the way to
recognize the children of God and those of the
devil? The one who does not do what is right is
not of God; so, too, the one who does not love
his brother or sister. (1In 3, 8.10)
Fu infatti scacciato il grande dragone, il
serpente antico, quello che è chiamato diavolo e
Satana; colui che inganna tutta la terra fu
precipitato sulla terra e con lui furono
precipitati anche i suoi angeli.(Ap 12, 9)
The great dragon, the ancient serpent known as
the devil or Satan, seducer of the whole world,
was thrown out. He was hurled down to earth,
together with his angels. .(Rev 12, 9)
