Cristo infatti non mi ha
mandato a battezzare,

La parola della Croce
infatti è stoltezza per
quelli che vanno in
perdizione, ma per
quelli che si salvano,
per noi, è potenza di
Dio.

glorificava Dio:

giusto”.

It was now about noon. The sun was hidden and darkness
came over the whole land until mid-afternoon; and at
that time the curtain of the Sanctuary was torn in two.
Then Jesus gave a loud cry, “Father, into your hands I
commend my spirit.”And saying that, he gave up his
spirit.
The captain on seeing what had happened, acknowledged
the hand of God. He said, “Surely this was an upright
man.”(Lk 23, 44-47)
