What we have to do:
1° step
- receive the research report made by KCH
- this document will be introduced and
illustrated to some guest companies in each
country (Regione Valle d’Aosta will prepare a
draft document to present the report and will
share with all partners)

What we have to do:
2° step
- identify (NOW!!!!!) two sectors of common
interest in which realize focus groups to evaluate
the guidelines
- each partner has to identify one company for
each sector in which create the assessment center
preview by the project

What we have to do:
2° step
If you want, but it’s not compulsory, you can realize
a public meeting to introduce the KCH report and
invite companies to take part in the project,
participating actively in the focus groups

3° step
- realize focus groups in companies that host foreign workers
and trainees (each partner will have to realize almost 2 focus
groups)
How to develop a focus group, who have we to involve?
- 2 or 3 human resources managers that work in identified
companies
- 2 Entrepreneurs
- 3 customers representative of training policy maker
authorities
- 3 trainees with experiences abroad

- what have we to discuss about during the focus groups?
Introduce the guidelines document and discuss about make
each participant express a SWOT analysis of the document,
and so:
- what is good
- what is weak
- some threats about the company in which they’re working
- some opportunities related to the company, usfel to improve
the assessment process
- some suggestions

- at the end of every focus each partner will have to draw a
minute to send to Regione Valle d’Aosta that will have to
make a benchmark and a sinthesys and rpepare a guidelines
document for host companies

the index of the guidelines document could be:
- define the assessment process (step by step)
- define the document to share with trainees and workers
- define the tools to realize the assessment
- illustrate a list of testing methods that can be used
- define the certificate realesed by companies for the skills
certification
- define the sector in which the certificate can be valid
