Organizing the course has been strongly encouraged by the extremely positive outcome of the fifth edition in 2013. The purpose of the Course has remained the same: to offer state of the art lectures on the clinical aspects of malformation syndromes, given by top experts in the field. Therefore, it will be again a “WHAT I KNOW BEST” course. The Course will be back to back with the EuroDysmoClub that will start November 12th at 2 pm until 6:30 pm. We hope you will be able to participate! PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO 200 PERSONS, WITH A PARTICIPATION FEE OF 300 € for those attending only the Course, 50 € for those attending only the Dysmo and 350 € for those attending both. ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN MAY 25th , 2015 AND WILL CLOSE OCTOBER 12th. Registrations after this deadline will include an additional cost of 10%. PLEASE NOTE: WITHDRAWLS OF REGISTRATIONS AFTER OCTOBER 12TH WILL RECEIVE 50% REFUND UNLESS A JUSTIFICATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
