BISAZZA TRAINING COURSE
ON MOSAICS FIXING TECHNIQUES
SECOND PART

fixers who have already fixed mosaics and participate on the first part of the course
WHY
It will enable professionals to deepen their knowledge of Bisazza Mosaics and its
installation. At the end of the course, if they pass the test and demonstrate a
comprehensive understanding and successful ability of the fixing techniques, they will
receive a certificate of attendance. Additionally, their contact information will be listed
in the fixers section of the Bisazza new website.
THEORY AND PRACTICE
The course will last 3 days from 9 am to 5 pm. Under the guidance of mosaic masters,
trainees will be taught the theory about mosaics, substrates, adhesives, and grout. Two
and a half days will be dedicated to fixing mosaics and particular attention will be given to
installation in curved areas. Doubts, challenge and creativity will be at stake.
AREA ENTIRELY DEDICATED TO INSTALLATION
with (polystyrene, wooden and MDF) structures, tools and mosaics. The course will be held
at Bisazza SpA Headquarters in Italy, in Viale Milano 56 Montecchio Maggiore (VI).

A SMALL INVESTMENT ON THE FIXER’S FUTURE AND
PROFESSIONALISM
The cost of the course is 600€ per person(VAT 22%excluded) and includes:
a) 3 days of training from 9 am to 5 pm
b) 3 lunches at a local restaurant.
For fixers coming from abroad, we offer the following two options:
2 NIGHTS “ALL INCLUSIVE”
776 € per person(VAT 22% excluded) including: the 3-day fixing course + 2 hotel nights
+ 2 dinners at hotels and restaurants at a 10-minute drive from Bisazza SpA Headquarters.
3 NIGHTS “ALL INCLUSIVE”
864 € per person (VAT 22% excluded)including: the 3-day fixing course + 3 hotel nights
+ 3 dinners at hotels and restaurants at a 10-minute drive from Bisazza SpA Headquarters.

RELIABILITY AND COMPETENCE
Throughout the course, the teacher will write down the skills of the participants who will be
asked to take a short test at the end of the three days.
If the participant successfully passes it, after a few days, he will receive a participation
certificate and his name will be listed in the recommended fixers section of the Bisazza
website.
On the other hand, should the participant fail the test, after 6 months he will be invited to
attend a supplementary 3-day course, FREE OF CHARGE (excluding the cost of travel,
board and lodging).
COMPLETE KIT OF FIXING EQUIPMENT
When confirming their attendance, participants may also decide to include this option
which will enable them to buy the Bisazza fixing tools (a 3.5-mm notched trowel, a small
trowel, a pair of nippers, a float and a 100-mm diamond blade) at the special price of 180 €
VAT excluded.

The participation in the course will be confirmed once payment is received.
IMPORTANT
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
or inability to attend the course, a substitute participant will be accepted. This needs to be
communicated in writing. If no substitute is possible, the cancellation must be notified in
writing at least 10 working days before the beginning date of the course. In this case,
the registration fee will be fully refunded. Should the cancellation arrive later or in case of
no show, Bisazza will not be able to provide the refund. Should Bisazza cancel the course,
Bisazza will be liable only for the reimbursement of the registration fee already paid.
Bisazza SpA also reserves the right to postpone, modify and/or cancel courses by giving
written notice to the participants within 3 days from the beginning of the scheduled course.
