PURPOSE OF POLICY
To document the authority of the Board of Trustees to appoint, suspend, dismiss, and evaluate the college president.
Local Language
Per SBR 6A14.026, notification will be given to the State Board of Education of any appointments, suspension, or
dismissal of the president immediately upon such action. The president will be evaluated on an annual basis and the
evaluation results sent to the Chancellor of the Division of Florida Colleges for review.
