 Payment of school fees should be made by euro check to Scuola Ambrit

EAL and Resource fees are due to this same account by September 15st 2016
Parents or guardians are responsible for all bank sending and receiving charges
incurred for fees sent from foreign accounts. Currencies other than euro are
acceptable at the rate of exchange quoted on the date of receipt of payment.
Late payments will be subject to a 5% interest charge per month.
Scheme 1 Quarterly Payments: The first quarterly payment of E1,000 per
student is due by April 12th. The remaining tuition is divided into 3 equal portions
due on September 1st, December 1st and March 1st. On page 7 find the chart
outlining payments due per grade level.
Scheme 2 Monthly Payments: In order to enroll and stay on the monthly
scheme, payment must be made by automatic bank transfer and received into
the Ambrit bank account by the 15th of every month, starting in May 2016.
Please allow 5 working days for wire transfers from your account. The school
reserves the right to change the payment scheme if monthly payments are not
received regularly on time.
Scheme 3 Advance Payment Policy:
1) Discounts on school fees with the scheme 3 - advance payment is only
available for payments made in full for the academic year by the date
specified, April 12th 2016. Payments received after this date will not
be eligible for the reduction.
2) Discounts apply only to complete school years. Families remaining at
Ambrit for part of the school year are not eligible for discounted
advance payment schemes. If a child is withdrawn from the school
mid-scheme, no refunds are given for the school year that has
commenced.
Withdrawal: For Schemes 1 and 2: If a student is withdrawn from the school
for any reason, the school must be notified in writing 3 months in advance. The
family is still responsible for paying school fees up until the end of the three
months’ notice period.
For Schemes 3: Please note that no refunds of school tuition fees are given
once the school year has commenced. (See below “Advance Payment Policy” n.3)

Payments of lunch fees are due in full by the 15th of September 2016.

 Payment of bus fees should be made directly to the bus company. Bi-monthly
charges will be invoiced by ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE E SPORTIVA
ADELAS or MELAGE SRL the bus company in collaboration with Ambrit School
with the first payment due by September 5th and future payments by the 5th of
the month. A month’s notice is required for termination of bus service and 10%
of the remaining annual bus fee will be charged.

Re-enrolment Details
Families enrolled at Ambrit can choose the payment scheme that best meets
their needs from the various payment options available. Consider carefully one of
the following proposed payment schemes.
Payment Scheme 1 (4 Quarterly payments)……………..……………………..full tuition

Scheme Schedules page. The Bursar’s office is available for any further
information required.
Every family should fill in the Electronic Registration Form indicating if
their child will or will not be attending Ambrit for the 2016-17 academic
year. Please remember to complete and return the Electronic
Registration Form by March 15, 2016. Lunch program, bus service and a
payment scheme should be indicated for those students enrolling. If a
response is not received by the March 15th deadline it will be assumed
students will not be attending Ambrit and spaces will be made available
to students on the waiting list.

indicare una scelta per il servizio autobus, mensa e il piano di
pagamento entro il 15 Marzo. Dopo il 15 Marzo si presumerà che gli
studenti non verranno re-iscritti alla Scuola Ambrit e gli spazi saranno
messi a disposizione degli studenti in lista d'attesa.

The school reserves the right to expel the student who is an unsatisfactory
member of the school community at any time. If the school believes that a
student’s conduct, on or away from campus, indicates that the student is unable

been no breach of any specific School rule.
