Currencies other than euro are acceptable at the rate of exchange quoted on the date of receipt of payment. Late payments will be subject to a 5% interest charge per month. Scheme 1 Quarterly Payments: The first quarterly payment of E1,000 per student is due by April 12th. The remaining tuition is divided into 3 equal portions due on September 1st, December 1st and March 1st. On page 7 find the chart outlining payments due per grade level. Scheme 2 Monthly Payments: In order to enroll and stay on the monthly scheme, payment must be made by automatic bank transfer and received into the Ambrit bank account by the 15th of every month, starting in May 2016. Please allow 5 working days for wire transfers from your account. The school reserves the right to change the payment scheme if monthly payments are not received regularly on time. Scheme 3 Advance Payment Policy: 1) Discounts on school fees with the scheme 3 - advance payment is only available for payments made in full for the academic year by the date specified, April 12th 2016. Payments received after this date will not be eligible for the reduction. 2) Discounts apply only to complete school years. Families remaining at Ambrit for part of the school year are not eligible for discounted advance payment schemes. If a child is withdrawn from the school mid-scheme, no refunds are given for the school year that has commenced. Withdrawal: For Schemes 1 and 2: If a student is withdrawn from the school for any reason, the school must be notified in writing 3 months in advance. The family is still responsible for paying school fees up until the end of the three months’ notice period. For Schemes 3: Please note that no refunds of school tuition fees are given once the school year has commenced. Consider carefully one of the following proposed payment schemes.
