Nicola Chesaites is a
Référendaire at the General
Court of the European Union
in Luxembourg, and a UKqualified barrister. Prior to
joining the GCEU, she
trained in a commercial
barristers' chambers in
London and subsequently
practised in a US law firm in
Brussels, specialising in EU
judicial review before the EU
courts in Luxembourg, and
private competition law
enforcement before UK
courts. She also
previously taught EU law at
the University of
Westminster, London.
